LW, it is not the nickname that causes the problem, but the player name that is used to submit the game under. Do you have different player names?

LW's - now to start one of you off to zero games, you need to register you player name on the Metaverse page with the SN. The Meta will then know that this is a new player because there are no games submitted with that name.

Well, LWs, I see you managed to dump your history, but your scores and number of games remain in the Meta. By changing your player name on the original, you will loose those games (there are still there, just under the player name they were submitted under.) By changing both player names, you will need to get CariElf to assign your games to one of you.

I suggest you leave your original player name as it was with your old nickname. Your new player name and new nick name, and new email address should then be registered (register the player name from the Metaverse page to the serial number)
