No Sensor range with ships

Im in the middle of a game and for some reason all of my ships have no sensor range?? Is this a bug, anyway I can fix it?

It happens when you get "Eyes of the Universe" or another sensor booster. When the ship moves the problem dissapears.

To force the sensor readjustment you can use Ctrl+R while a ship is selected.
