Description:
Your new colony has an unwelcome visitor: it's Chrono Trigger's Lavos! Or at least one of his relatives. Those giant spiky space parasites all look the same to me. We can try to get rid of him, to keep him from destroying the world and spreading his evil spawn, but he's controling the planet's ecosystem and removing him would damage the planet's quality. If we leave him alone for now our population will grow slightly faster. Or maybe we can strike a deal with him. We let him have the planet when his time to spawn comes, and he'll maximize its quality for us now. Decisions, decisions.

Description:
"Creativity increses the chance that you'll get a technology sooner, it's a random event type thing." That's what Frogboy said about what Creativity does. I think it's a really neat ability in theory, and there doesn't seem to be a way to increase it in the game. I think there ought to be. So put this file in your mods\data directory and you'll occasionally find shiny little +2 Creativity bonuses floating around in space.
