The united planets convene to provide weapons to armed transports, to make them less suseptable to enemy attack. This version corrects a flaw in the version distributed in the official version, where one of the available issues renders the other obsolete. It also prevents the Combat Transports from making Dreadnoughts completely obsolete. NOTE: This mod replaces official files.
