Description:
This anomaly pack contains several additional anomalies that compliment the existing anomalies. They each have a small chance of occuring during the game. So the original anomalies will still occur most of the time. All of these anomalies increase various abilities such as luck, creativity, courage, speed, diplomacy, etc. The files should be placed either in the data or mod\data folder. The anomalies were created using Galciv Writer developed by Hawaii Five-0.

Description:
This is a map for testing trade routes, and things that impact income on trade routes.
This pair of files is a custom map, and a custom scenario for testing trade functions.
The map sets you up with five worlds of varying quality along the top of a tiny map,
and a trade partner below (Altarian) with four worlds along the bottom.
You start with all the relevant trade technology, and $10k in cash to get it going.
If you don't want to use the tech, just load the map, not the custom rules.
Installation:
Extract the map to C:\Program Files\Stardock\Drengin.net\AltarianProphecy\Data\Custom Maps
and the scenario/rules to C:\Program Files\Stardock\Drengin.net\AltarianProphecy\Data\Scenarios.
StardockPlease dont use this map and try to submit the game. You will not be able to.

Description:
A government controlled by the Smugglers party has a tendency to look the other way when businesses ignore UP trade restrictions. Other empires are less willing to deal with this "rogue" government (-20 diplomacy), but the extra trade income tends to smooth things over. Their ties with the underworld also give them a sizeable bonus to espionage.
