Description

This mod adds many new techs and improvements to the game. Almost
all of these require you to be good or evil, so you have to play at
least two games to see all of them. Some Credit goes to Bpleshek and
Kryofx for ideas and inspiration. This mod is completely compatible
with all of Nand1's other mods as well as the Xpack.

Installation

To Install this mod, place the EvilGoodImprovs.Imp and 
EvilGoodTechs.Tech files in your Galactic Civilizations Data Folder.

Data

Includes:

23 techs total, 9 good, 7 evil, 7 neutral.

27 improvements, 10 good, 11 evil, and 6 neutral.

Two tech strings (techs linked with each other by progression)
included in techs.

This add-on was made with Gal-Civ Writer by Nand1. Credit goes to
Kryofx for inspiration for the World-Wide Manufacturing Plant and
Industrial Factory improvements, and to bpleshek for Neural Harvesters
and Orbital Observatory improvements. All other techs and improvements
were created by Nand1 with his own ideas.
