This is really something you should just assume will be a problem. You should never update in the middle of a game.

Gherardo, the Altarian Prophecy should have the fix included in it.

OK, I replaced the Tech issue files and the xtech files. Am I right in assuming that the data zip file is just for those people who forgot to make a backup?

okay, im lost, i think stardock should come up with a patch that fixes this problem, i dont understand a word on what to do....

The patch should be up later today, assuming that we don't have server troubles or something like that.
