Have you try to enforce a full reload of all pictures? I have meet this problem too and it is linked with the caching of pictures.

Sorry 'bout that. I had a hard time with the simple graphics programs I was using in Florida. Now that I'm back in Virginia, I have more sophisticated software and could retouch the medals I did so that the gray is transparent. If it's something Stardock cares 'bout.
