A little more in regards to Altarian Prophecy - editor:
There are 3 new "modules": map editor, scenario editor and campaign editor.
The Map editor will let you create maps from scratch
-I can't find the possibility to make player starting positions (stars)
The scenario editor will let you:
Make teams
Decide universe wide settings such as level of moral, influence, pop growth, research rate, starbase limits etc.
Decide which "rules" should be active, should minors colinize aggressivly, should they invade and a few more. This part also includes which vitory conditions should be possible.
Technology : Which technologies should player start with, which should be restricted (entirely i guess)
And finally triggered event. So far triggers are System ownership, Player elimination, Diplomatic relations and outcomes are Defeat or Victory
The Campaign editor will let you tie a scenario and a map together (or more maps and scenarios).
It looks really good. I'm afraid this i going to steal me away from RL.

There's an option in the menubar menu to set ownership and flag as "homeworld".

Yes, my encounter with The Light have opened a door that remained closed for many years, but the truth has been revealed and a new path have begun, it is going to take time to adapt, but the goals of The Light are the only reason of my existence. Happy holidays...everybody,
My Christmas has been spend in bed with a fever and a sore throat,  but it seems i'm getting better now.
Works has been a bitch the last year and the last month i have been sick on and off. When i look thru the last year, the only things worth remembering has been with friends, family or my girlfriend. Which makes me think about how i use my time....hmm...
i'm pretty sure i'm not gonna change and start to work less, spend less time with my PC, by a farm and live happilly ever after..I think it's just a matter of appreciating what is good
