Why is The European Alliance so good?

We are a Healthy society. We have lots of potential, because we have lots of players, and while we depend on a few VERY good players, our high score is more dependent on medium scores by lots of players than a few very good scores.

Why is that better. Sooner or later the big shots will have played the game so much they will get bored. We on the other hand have got a huge reserve.

This where my girlfriend joins the game

I'm leaving for NY tomorrow and will be staying for 2 weeks (work). Anyway that will probably change my "posting"-hours, but since a man can only work so much - i still count on being active on the boards (and maybee get a game or 2 in).
