Didn't you hear my LORD? Some ex-convicts from the ANZAC empire attacked one of our trader ship in the GROSS sector and it was completely destroyed.
That was the reason I have felt this omnious wight on my heart!!! It is time to escort my Lady Amidala to safety and I shall return to avenge the death of the ambassador Ray the Wanderer, only few people knew that he was traveling undercover in that freighter back to FOTR. I can feel a tremor in The Force, the time to use the lightsabers has arrived.!!!!

Well looks like I'm in for a day of questions!
It sure piles up fast these days...

If this is your question (if its not, please quote it, I might have overlooked it in my scans) then the answer is that the canidates are volentary nominees who decide they wish to run for the JR Senate. On November 8th the polls are open and I will have posted a complete list of the runners and a sample ballot. So, yes we are voting for the Jedi Council Members to take the empty seats as per the Constitution.  Link

A Jedi Ranking system shall be established that takes into account the skill level and standing of the majority of currently active Knights. If three-fourths (3/4) of active Jedi reach the highest rank of the current system, a new system will be devised not to exclude the lowest ranking Jedi from the lowest rank of any new system.

Or in other words 3/4 of the Jedi have to be Ascended for a new system, however after this composition, I considered reducing it to half. This can be done with a vote, I will put it on the ballot for the election.

The Sample Ballot will be posted NOVEMBER 7TH! This means that ALL Jedi planning to run MUST announce this PRIOR to Nov. 7th or they will not be on the ballot.

I have decided to induct Arcilte back into the council and lable his absence as a "Spiritual Force study leave"  he will be swarn in with the rest of the elected CM's after the elections.

Jedi Council nominations all look fine to me.
I don't have the time to dedicate to the game to be on the council so anyone who wants to be on the council is OK by me.
as for the weasel issue... I actaully kinda agree with alot of what he said and have no problem with him hanging his hat here for as long as he wants. this is after all a game. who cares what rank you are.. or your empire rank is.. the metaverse is an enhancement to make the community more ejoyable. scores and ranks are not why I play the game. if someone has a hissy fit cause his empire isn't ranked as high as he would like then that's not Weasels or Amidala's fault is it?
I think for one we are underestimating our appeal for other players... the website is the best in the Metaverse.. we have more strucure than basicly every other empire.. I'm not surprized that all these people want to join.
as for a revamp of the ranks... no problem there... even if I get a demotion.
