| Regarding the Jedi ranks, adding more of them would appear to be not so easy a task (there quite attractive as they are) . . . who designed the original motif/skins? My other half could give it a burl if its a question of time/resources . . . he's a designer? |

Amidala, I swiped most of the original rank badges from Yoda's old JR home page. You'd need to check it with him, but I suspect that a lot of the bits were in turn borrowed from one of the many, many Jedi games on the market. I adapted the Sith equivalents on the fly, as needed, whenever there was a need for them. In the old days, there were fewer Sith and promotions didn't come as quickly using 1.05 scoring. Actually, the badges were something that I was always planning on re-working if I had the time.
Kryo, as I mentioned in my initial email, the files that I sent over are the best "first effort" that I could come up with. I'm working on digging out the last few, but Real Life is putting some pretty strenuous demands on my time lately. If you don't feel like waiting, you can grab the originals at  Link They're all sorted by movie and character; it shouldn't be difficult to find the ones you need and re-size them to suit.
By the way, the new site looks good!

I think the ranks could do with restructuring - but whether this is by setting or adding new ones, or by revamping the metaverse scores required is a moot point. I think I'd prefer the latter!

Alex, do you have a suggestion on where I could get mySQL for our website? I'm trying to create an e107 website, and the php is working fine, but I need mySQL.
Anyone else have a suggestion? I know kryo is using an e107 for the Jedi website...

Wake up call at the Jedi Academy, Master Jedi Mayito has returned for a quick inspection of the new cadets, I see that Theoden of Rohan Jr has joined the Academy, and also Pontius I is here too. Interesting, I see how the force is bringing all the seeds of the great empires together under one roof.
Yes? Koala's son also wants to come, yes of course!!! tell him to come, all his paperwork have been waived, he is more than welcome. New paths are opening daily by The Force, I see great things ahead.
