| Master Yoda, how many need to vote 'yes' in order to declare war. Majority or 2/3s? I don't think this is covered in the Constitution. |

I believe it's resonable that it be a 2/3 majority of those who vote. Otherwise if several don't vote we can't have an outcome. I'll make the announcement in a separate thread.

Does anyone have and idea why I cannot submit games from work, I installed the game in my computer at work and registered via Stardock and downloaded all the weasels and bells needed but I cannot submit my games, when I do the message of submitted comes on but nothing shows in my record any ideas?
