Icho Tolot, have you finished researching the whole tech tree, or just part of it? Also try to enrich the game by downloading some of the mods, or increase the grade of difficulty.

Usually you get 1 good start out of 4 tries, someftimes takes more, always try to start with a planet PQ18-20 or above, and if you don't do a quick colony rush, your research of the tech tree gets slow alot.

Here is what we stand for, an open empire (and always will be) for anyone, reguardless of alignment, play style or frequency, but a strong community spirit.
