you could move a sun with a planet or moon

MHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

sorry, where was i?

#326  by Veteran Killa Koala - 9/16/2003 7:59:09 AM

I agree, but how could we possibly move a sun? In ringworld(By far, the best sci-fi book in the best sci-fi universe)

Nand1: Did you see that Niven and Pournelle have written Ringworld's Children for release in March 2004? And have you read their Mote in God's Eye? Almost as good.

#327  by Citizen Wild Wombat - 9/16/2003 8:08:09 AM

The Mote in God's Eye was EXCELLENT! Pournelle alone is also excellent; I remember a series of stories around a military officer (um....John Christian Falkenburg?) - can you remember the novel's name? And another Ringworld - great news. Er...sorry for butting in...great minds think alike, ya know...

#328  by Veteran Killa Koala - 9/16/2003 8:20:49 AM

Wombie, are you thinking: Go Tell the Spartans, and Prince of Sparta? He wrote those with S M Stirling as I recall, and Stirling is one of my favourite military SF authors. Um, The Legacy of Heorot was also great.

No, I haen't read Mote in God's Eye yet, but I'm going to get that one from the library as soon as possible. I just finished another Niven book of short stories in the known space universe(can't remember what it was called), and I'm currently in the middle of Man-Kzin wars IV. Sadly, Man-Kzin wars isn't as good as the other books becuase he didn't write it, but the short stories was REALLy good.

Bye RainBird. You are now tanted and will always be an agent of evil. Spread it evenly around those ANZAC's.

Base Delta Zero is now top evil overlord in the empire and is also on the top 25 page. Well done mate.

Proto Nomads was Orion Senate. Oriongod has done a name change..

The drones are restless.

No, that'd be too evil...

Watch out, ANZACs! She's contagious! Don't do anything kinky! Even if she's wearing those black stockings and suspenders!

He's not very evil...he's chaotic evil whereas I'm pure evil, but he is the best man in our empire so in that respect yes he is who I aspire to.

Good work, Base Delta Zero, keep it up.

Have you noticed on the Galactic map, that the evil empire and the Anzacs are lying side by side?

Kudos all around to us in the Evil Empire... didn't mean to exclude your Dark evilness there DA. I was just referring to the fact that BDZ has moved into the most points in our empire and highest points sorting by evil in the metaverse.
