the new logo doesnt want to upload for some reason, im going try a few things.

i checked that the logo is 32 x 32, and a jpg, but it still wont upload, it keeps giving me the error:
"Error: -2147220384 Unable to save file (Error 1120)
EDITEMPIRE"
there seems to be no problem with the new logo, so i have no idea.

no special characters -i put it all in lowercase, with no numbers, and it still gives me the same error.
