Greetings,

The game worked well in my laptop, but decided to move it to my desktop computer (P3933, 256RAM, 3DForce2). I can play 1-2 turns before it crashes. All updates have been installed.

This is the last two entries in the debug file:

Debug Message: MemMan: Unable to find pointer in GetBlockInfo. Memory system: Palette
ASSERT ERROR in file G:\PROJECTS\pear\SOURCE\MEMMAN.CPP at line 581.
Debug Message: MemMan: Unable to find pointer in GetBlockInfo. Memory system: Palette
ASSERT ERROR in file G:\PROJECTS\pear\SOURCE\MEMMAN.CPP at line 581.

What can/shouyld I do?

Thanks

Drive G? What drive is that on your computer. Also if you haven't you could try and uninstall it and reinstall. Also you might want to try the link at the bottom of this post. It goes to a thread that explains how to update the lastest patch with a memory fixer. It has not put put on stardock on as a stand alone.

Also put a copy of this thread on the General forum.

Drive G: refers to a device on the system that compiled the game, not on the one that's running it. Nothing to worry about as far as that goes.

Unfortunately I don't have any good suggestions for you, WindPeoples.
