I downoaded v. 1.3.0 and extracted it to my harddrive. I open it up and I fill out the options. I click edit|Techs and an error saying: Run-time error '7': "Run out of memory" or sumthing like that, could sumone please figure out whats wrong and email me at  Email what i need to do, and post tips for modding 2

i have no other programs running, i will try doing the first version then update, thx, ill post if it doesnt work

i got the problem solved. I was installing it on a external hard drive and it didnt run quick enough i guess. Thanks for helping me though.
