Sneaky diplomats party

I have made a political party: the Sneaky Diplomats

This party is for those who want to play a diplomatic game without battle:
diplomacy +60,
moral +25,
PQ +5,
luck +75,
creative +75,
defense -40,
hit points -40.
Defense and hit points are negative bonus when controlling the senate. They prevent the AI to choose it and don't penalize those who play a no-military game.

The luck factor seems to help having a nice setting or gigantic rare map. So I put it into.

I have tested it and the AI don't take this party. Which is very nice for diplomatic session. It should be perhaps a Jedi mod since the diplomatic evaluation would generally be "if you tell them that thoses aren't the droids they looking for ..."

It is set to 8. But you could always edit the file to change the ID

Big thumbs up PP. I really like this party.

I just finished a game with this party, I think it is great. I picked a economy and research bonus on top. I found that I did get picked on at the start because I was outgunned from the get go, but I found it easy to buy help from the other races.

It is the aim of this party: to allow you to better act on the diplomatic scene at the cost of military.

It appears that major AI don't take this party. Minors (like carinoids) will sometimes take it since their agenda isn't about war

BTW, that luck bonus really seems to have an effect, at least on AP. I've "found" 7 Rangers in the one game I've played with this party.

That seems to be the greatest effect Luck has on the game. Others have found they start closer to more yellow stars on gigantic maps. I haven't noted any differnce on the large maps.

I found the first time I tried a version of this one out, I had 3, yes 3, PQ 26s within two sectors of Earth. Only found 1 PQ 26 since though.

On my last game I (Large/Rare) I had 7 yellows around me, Sol was PQ22, and there was a PQ16 in that sector.
