Where can I download GalCiv Writer??

I have been reading a lot about this software and would love to try it out. I know the Diplomats are the current caretakers of CalCiv Writer; however I can't find where to get a copy of the program.

Can someone please point me to where I can find it? Thanks!

You need to contact the Diplos for the newest (currently in test version)
For the older 1.3 versin there is a link iat the start of the GalCivWriter threat in the Forum
