I don't see any mention of GalCiv Writer in the threads new enough to be visible on Stardock Central, so in case that's all you're looking for, you can find it here: http://www.diplomats-empire.com/writer/writer_004.htm Link . If you don't feel comfortable with a program marked as an alpha test you can still download the old version from http://www.ctuit.com/bill/galciv.htm Link . The old version doesn't recognize the Mods folder (because the last update was before that was added to the game), but the mods it makes will still work fine.
