hOW DO YOU MAKE SHIP MODS? ALSO, HOW DO YOU MAKE NEW ABILITIES (i HAVE ONE SHIP IDEA THAT LOWERS ENEMY SENSOR RANGE)? cAN YOU?

It's very easy to use and more or less self-explanatory.

No way to create ship abilities as far as i know, sorry.

No galciv writer is for eventsand U.P events. Wordpad is for ships.
