wHAT i MEAN IS A WAY TO MAKE aBILITIES LIKE THOSE OF THE pALIDIN aND wRAITH iN aLTARIAN pROPHECY? tHOSE SHIPS CHANGE THE sTATS OF ALL SHIPS IN SECTOR. (i WOULD DO IT MYSELF, BUT i DON'T KNOW ENOUGH PROGRAMING YET, OR WHERE TO WRITE THE DATA TO.)

to add such abilities you'd need to edit basic program files, I don't think that Stardock would allow this kind of changes in the base game mechanics
