Are there any official file format documents for GalCiv? I'd like to write some modding utilities for GalCiv but I'd like a file format document that has all the values in it. I've seen in this document that Frogboy had planned to release this at one time but I haven't found it anywhere.

I'd like to create a one stop shop app for editing GalCiv1. I know the game is older but it's still what I play the most so I thought this would be fun.
