Is there any way I can edit the picture used when your viewing the minor races in the foriegn policy screen? Currently it just shows a symbol, also if the text can be altered as well that would be a help, sometime two minor races will have the same description assigned to it

There are 3 sets of pictures in your GFX subfolder:
Foreign_Image01.pcx to Foreign_Image16
Message_RaceImage01.pcx to Message_RaceImage16.pcx
Trade_Logo01.pcx to Trade_Logo16.pcx
Images 01 - 05 are the main races.
Images 06 - 09 are the "common" minor races (carnoids, alexians, etc.)
Images 10 - 16 are the rest of the minor races (the ones in English.str listed as NewCivs)
Foreign policy images are the Foreign_Image## ones... I think
