On Monday we're going to put up the beta of the Ship build tool along with some docs to help get you started.

Stay tuned.

It's coming. Cari's working on the docs and it'll be here shortly.

Hey Mike, you know Dave Pottinger over there at Ensemble? He used to work on OS/2 games with us (http://www.stardock.com/products/avarice) is a game he wrote. Good to see you!

Hey, can you make a tech item (the one off's that only one race can build, but you can sell) that allows building of ships?
that would be cool. you have the exclusive rights to make certian ships and you can then either sell the tech OR sell them ships!

Hey Brad,
Yeppers, Bigdog is our Tech Director. Trying to get him to trade a copy of AOM for GC (signed of course for my game collection .

I am totally hooked on GC, I am more of a turn based players and ageless fan of MOO2 (Please don't ask me how I feel about MOO3 . The first day with GC was 12 hours straight (nice it was a weekend). Now I try to limit myself to six hours a day. Great playablitiy.

Love that you have made all the files available for mod'ing. Have made a few events, imp and techs myself. Waiting for the SBT! (and checking Stardock each hour for his tool! .

Yeah, if I were cool and made games for a living, I'd be in too.

This community is by far the strongest and niced I have ever seen, so you guys certainly will not mind me asking you a stupid question:

" On Monday we're going to put up the beta of the Ship build tool along with some docs to help get you started.
".

WHERE can I find the download?

#22  by Senator CariElf - 4/15/2003 2:43:11 PM

there's a sticky thread about the ship encoder with a link to it there.

#23  by Veteran Freya - 4/15/2003 3:25:21 PM

Ok, Thanks, Cari, I just couldn't make the link with the post of Brad and your thread, because yours looks alot older in days than Brad's post.
