I downloaded you're MOD installer from the Galactic Council forum. I suspect you meant to post the link here. So I wanted to just make note and respond to you here.

I read the your read.me file in the package. It looks interesting and later when I start using and or building DATA etc mods I will try it out. Just a thought, you might take a look at the Frogboy For Governor MOD and the file backup format that was used. And I suspect there will be more MODs for the Governor PCXs in the near future, so you might take into consideration, inclusion of those MODs too. I imagine you have tried to COMM with Brad about your project. I would think there is a good chance they already have plans for something along these lines, and may already have the bulk of his version of a MOD install-swapper done. This I do not know.

In any event, thank you for the effort.
