As a modder I have 575 downloads so far. And I am very curious as to what parts of the world and US they are being enjoyed.
I would like a feedback voting type system implemented when possible. If downloaders could give feedback in a dedicated thread from the library interface we could correct problems faster. And besides it would be fun to be able to chat with them more directly.
Also a rating system would be good. From great to poor, but also with an option to for "Haven't played the mod yet."
Renaming Library to mods, still comes to mind. Maybe I am alone in that desire.

Well, Rusty, I use your mod from Axis of Weasel leading power , you make good work !
I support your request, but I think that the prime thing needed is a mod tester/parser that will allow to get "safe", working mods...
This weekend I've tried the batch of new mods that has been posted in the library : first the Political pack didn't work correctly, but it seems to be a GalCiv bug with the party scroll bar, but after some 100 turns my games regularly CTD without any clear message of what went awry.
I kept reloading from autosave, but finally saves crashed every time, even after having deleted the mods, so I uninstalled/reinstalled the game to restart with a clean game .
Now I'll stick with "official" mods, visual-only mods or stuff from renowned modders like you
