I see the GCResource.RESOURCE files, but haven't seen a
"tutorial" about it yet. Haven't tried messing with it yet for fear of "breaking" it...and I'm too busy playing to have to "fix" it.

I have created a couple of resources, but they aren't working as advertised yet.
