Jesus of Borg,
I have played (and greatly enjoyed) your mods on the website in my games. Thank you for them.
If I could, I would like to submit a recommendation on two of them in particular:
(1) Enhanced Terraforming: With the recent changes to PQ ability in 1.03, a +40% is too strong. One can easily colonize and make habitable even sub-10 PQ worlds with this bonus. May I recommend changing it to a more reasonable level, say an additional +5 or +10 (max)?
This is one of my favorite mods in the game, and Quantum Genesis is one of my favorite research paths. But under 1.03, PQ's of +40 and +60 are broken (kind of like Red in Alpha/Beta M:TG). You can get a far greater advantage over the AI than even the original PQ+15, and not even have to spend any points on set-up.
(2)Orbital Biosphere: On my installation, this social improvement conflicts with Orbital Hospitals and the game confuses the two. Perhaps a pointer/file-share?
Thanks for listening. And, once again, my appreciations for the thought and work you put into all your mods. They really add a lot to the game!

First of all, thanks for using my mods. I'm glad you enjoy them.
Secondly, Enhanced Terraforming is supposed to make it so you can colonize those unusable worlds. That's also why it takes so long to build it once you've got it. I've had several games where I've gotten cornered early on, and have to use the worlds the AI won't use so I can atleast have a chance at winning. I am, however, planning on reworking them a little bit, cause I've gotten upto class 90+ on some of my games, and that's just insane.
As for Orbital Biospheres, I haven't yet identified the cause of this problem, but I'm working on it.
Sorry for the delay in response, but I took a bit of time off from the game, and have just recently gotten back into it. Expect an updated version of both of these mods in the near future. I'm also working on some new mods, so keep an eye out for those as well.

I think I read somewhere that the Orbital Biosphere is a pretty simple fix. Something about it still says Orbital Hospital in the file, or maybe its because the Biosphere and the Hospital share the same ID. Yes, I believe that was it, the ID needs to be unique.
Should be pretty easy to fix. I never downloaded it, but if you want me to take a look, beam the file over:

I found/fixed the problem with my copy of the Orbital Biospheres mod, and if anybody wants the new one, just send me an email and I'll send you a copy.
Or, you can just open your copy of the orbitalbiosphere.imp file, and change the line that says "IMPROVEMENT OrbitalHospital" to say "IMPROVEMENT OrbitalBiosphere".

Cool, so I mis-remembered. It was the Improvement name after all.
