Orbital Biospheres was removed?

I just found a bug in my version of JoB's Orbital Biosphere's mod and came here to report it, but I can't find it in the Library. Was it removed?

Yeah i think it was removed because of the bug. I think the bug was that... it never even showed up in most people's games. It appeared as Orbital Hosptial.

Yes, but the bug fix was trivial! Simply rename it in the file. I was wondering if Stardock was just removing all non-events until such time as they get the certification process set up.
