Swapping mods

Right now if we mod, we have to put all mods together, or make saves by hand and swap directories by hand, which is not very practical. Does Stardock plan to provide some kind of scenario folders we could choose from?
If not, I'm wondering whether a program like Modswapper which was developped for CtP2 would be handy. It's basically a nice little UI which allows to choose between different mods and launches the game automatically, makes the necessary cleanup, etc. This would allow modders not to add few stuff but also to create totally different tech trees, and people who are afraid of downloading mods for fear of no longer being able to submit to metaverse to test mods and keep a vanilla galciv separately.
For those who'd like to see what it's like, the thing can be found on apolyton.net. I'm pretty sure there are screenshots somewhere.

Darn't, I was working on one but I lost the library files I was using so it has sorta been pushed to the back of my mind. I think I might wait till the expansion comes out becasue I know alot of changes are gonna occur which might make it easier/harder for me to write the program(I will see). If you want a VERY slugish way of doing this u can use the start of the program I made which works ONLY for files in the data directory(nothing in one of the directorys in it). So it should be workable for MOST mods... just make sure you read the readme(You BETTER back up your data directory or it WILL get deleted!).
