I've update my Enhanced Terraforming mod to balance the PQ bonuses a bit. Follow the link to get the new version.

Well, for some reason you can't d/l the file directly from that link. So, use this new link and that'll take you to the page I had to throw together so they'd let you guys download the file.

Hey... I just wanted to personally thank you for the Terraforming MOD. I thought it was ridiculous that you couldn't terraform slightly bad planets especially late in the game. I colonize a lot more planets now.

That's exactly why I made it.

I figured, what's the point in allowing those planets in the game, if you are unable to make good use of them.

I'm glad you guys enjoy my mods. That's why I make em. I plan on making more after the big addon is released. Til then, I guess I'll just assimilate more aliens.

Hey JOB, I was wondering if I could showcase your files at CDG in our Galactic Civ forums? We will most likely use your mod in our own it does exactly what we want one too do. Thank you very much for that. I hope there is no problem having your work on our forums?

Go right ahead. The more people that use them and enjoy them, the more likely I am to continue making them.

Good job JoB !
The mod still allow for a little "too much" TF IMHO...But it's better that the paltry +10+10+20 standard limitations, so thanks !

If you really want low class planets to be colinizable without making it too easy for high class planets to get out of control, my suggestion would be a long series of high cost, low individual value improvements. 100 +2% PQ improvements will get a class 5 up to class 15 (about 21 after accounting for the already existing improvements, if this isn't for a total conversion mod). A planet that's already class 15+ will lose at least 100 turns of production that's generally going to be needed elsewhere to get them all built, but low class planets will already take so long to get anything done that it's not going to be a significant impact because the eventual high class planet it become will build many times faster than the original low class planet would.
