For those of us out there who like to cheat in our games, of for those of us that just like to tinker with things, if you go into your English.str file, you can modify the costs for the racial abilities, plus alot of other stuff. It's a pretty big file, and I haven't looked through most of it yet, but who knows what might be hiding in there?
