Well, Usually Earth starts about class 17 to 20 or so. When exloring for new planets, suddenly pops out one planet that come with size 25.

Being a nationalist, how am I supposed to edit the game to make earth the biggest?

Well there's no way to do it unless you hex edit the save files. It's my next project after the mtd editor but I'm starting to wonder if I just should'nt stop working on it and get working on the scenario editor.

Ah yes, I forgot, if you want to edit your planets with a hex editor, here's the file format for the planets : http://visual-ta.tauniverse.com/Downloads/GalCiv/gc-planets.galaxy-fmt.txt Link

It's pretty easy really and you can go up in the 4 millions PQ.
