That is up to you.

Events are generally interesting; it is nice to have more events that can happen. Also, new techs can be useful.

I have a mod called 'Weather Control Pack' in the library that you might or might not have seen. It has two techs and an invasion tactic in it. If you get it, I'd like to know what you think of it.
