The Duluxe version you purchased, was this from Stardock, Strategy First or another manufacturer? If it was not from Stardock you should contact the manufacturer of the game and take up the issue with them. If however you purchased it from Stardock you should take up the matter with them.
As a start you should try one of these emails if it is stardock. They may also be able to assist in letting you know what to do if it was one of the other manufacturers.
