Old version score question

I have old version of Galciv I (ver 1.021) installed on my laptop that I use when I am away from home. After finishing a Painful game (Mil Victory) that really was painful I hooked the laptop to the Internet to add my score. It said that my score was 2400 or so. I thought that was odd, that maybe the real score was 24000 and the last zero was truncated. When I looked at my metaverse score, it was 642! WTF?!?!?!? Well this brought down my ranking.

Did using the older version do this? Why was it recorded as 642 instead of 2400 or so? I still have the endgame save if that helps.

When the system asks me if I want to send the data to Metaverse it tells me the scoring beforehand. Up to now these numbers where correct.

I have no idea what went wrong with your submission.

And I liked that older version because Constructors cost less...

Had I played the same game on 1.22 (which I have on my desktop), I would have gone up 20-30 places in Metaverse, instead of going back 3.
