I had just about 2,000,000,000 bc when everything went negative! It's been like 160 turns and I still have -1,800,000,000! How can I get out of this? (I am only making 946 bc per turn so if I keep this rate it would take forever!)

Quit cheating, that's how. If you didn't cheat, it wouldn't be a problem. 
Its all about how bytes work. If you have 4 bytes to store the amount of money you have, 4 bytes can house any number between 0 and 4,294,967,295. If you want negative numbers, then it houses any number from -2,147,483,648 to 2,147,483,648. Once you breach the 2,147,483,648 point, it starts going into negative numbers. So basically, you're not supposed to have that much money.
