It is aparently no longer available at any of the previously mentioned sites (apolyton or neo tech).

it is possible to have one of you who still has it to upload it to this site? Either through the library, the forums, or the downloads section of the web site (this would probibally need Stardock's assistance).

I'm still having fun with GalCiv I, and haven't gotten around to getting II yet, and would like to see this tool.

Thanks. I don't know why I couldn't find it earlier, I thought I did a pretty thourough search myself, then used their own search feature, and still didn't find it. *shrugs*
