I hope you're saying that I am the Lord of all Evil...aka THE DARK LORD.
Yes, you may prove to be an invaluable ally one day, my young friend.
I look forward to a long prosperous relationship.

| The Meta Spymaster sees his own agenda. |

That be true. I just happen to be a free spirit sailing the stars, so a pirate's life is a good cover for my extra-curricular activities involving the whole Meta.
| Let's talk evil. What makes someone evil? |
|
Evil is a very relative term, unfortunately. Each society has its own levels of tolerance. If someone continually strays beyond those levels, they are "evil". What is considered saintly acts in one society may merely be the expected norm in another. For example, giving a stranger total hospitality and even literally the shirt off of your back may seem to be a pretty good act in America. On the other hand, in some other cultures, people would expect nothing less. It would be normal behavior. Going the other direction, evil acts can also turn out to be norms when transplanted to other cultures. People who are really into animal rights see routine slaughter of animals for food on a near equal term to harming humans. But anyone old enough to know where a steak comes from and willingly eats it surely does not find slaughtering cows to be evil. It is putting food on the table. Similarly, from an American perspective, eating cats and dogs is generally seen as at least cruel if not evil. In some other societies, people have no problem bringing home a stray cat for dinner.
Besides the relativistic aspect, there is also the survivalist aspect. If a society is put into a situation where it has to adapt or die, the rules get rewritten. Selling one's own children is seen as bad in many places, but it is a necessary practice in other places for the welfare of the remaining family members who might starve if forced to provide for too many in hard times. War is seen as wrong in a lot of cultures, but when a society is under the gun, the only wrong in warfare is not winning.
What is the point of this whole discourse? Taking the relativistic and survival aspects of evil together, an Evil Empire in my view would therefore have a minimum amount of regulation. Almost anything could be rationalized, therefore almost anything goes. The only forbidden things would involve the total collapse of the society itself. Do unto others, just be sure that there is still a leadership regime in the end. One just has to make sure one is strong enough to pull it off. After all, if one can do unto others, the others can return the favor if they are still standing later.
If an evil society is one of mostly anarchy by this reasoning, then a good society is one of near total order where everyone does what they should. There is no questioning right and wrong. There are the rules and then there is punishment for breaking them. Uh oh, it looks like I just reasoned my way into freedom being evil!

haha, u know what was a great commericial:
There was a Chrysler Concorde commericial that aired only one night:
There was a family in a concorde. A mom, 5 y/o daughter and a 1 y/o daughter. The 5 y/o asked her mom, "Where did I get my name?"
"Well, Savannah you got your name from the place you were conceived." (For those that don't know Savannah is a city in Georgia)
The little girl asked her mom, "Where did Concorde get her name?" The mother didn't want to answer that, so the little girl looked at the dashboard and saw 'Concorde' written there.
Needless to say the little girl was grossed out. For those of you that don't understand you're too young to know anyway.

Yea, Fulgrymm is evil. I like my dog. I can't imagine taking over the galaxy without her.... . Actually she is an outside dog, so she doesn't help me conquer, but she helps me rule.
