Noobie ??? About Symbols Around Stars

Can anyone tell me where to get a description (with a picture) of what all the little symbols that surround each star represents? I understand most such as defended and capitols but a few (such as the Pirate Skull & Crossbones) have me stumped.

They are listed on page 25 of the manual. Skull and crossbones means:

Culturally rebellious. Star systems that are becoming dangerously enthralled with other
civilizations will receive this icon. This means that the people are thinking about defecting and that
you need to do something about it.

Let's see how many I can remember...

Tech symbol = technology capital
Moneybag = economic capital
Shield = Defended
Unhappy face = low morale
Skull = Likely to defect
